Providers of customer-focused banking since 1925, Aruba Bank was the first commercial bank ever established in Aruba.
Founded in 1925, in Oranjestad, by the late John G. Eman, we were known as John G. Eman Banking Department, a sole proprietorship. In 1932, we were incorporated into the John G. Eman Bank N.V. to expand its banking activities and support the island's growing economic development.
With several transitions in the intervening years, in 1946, under our new brand, Aruba Bank, we opened a branch in the district of San Nicolas to service the Lago Oil & Transport Company and its employees and the community of San Nicolas. Today, we have three branches, more than 30 ATMs, and over 260 employees.
At Aruba Bank, we ensure we care for our customers with a vast catalogue of financial solutions. Our services include savings accounts, credit cards and loans, personal and corporate insurance coverage, and more. Our team of experts guides our customers in choosing the most appropriate coverage for their belongings, personal protection, assets, and property.
