Austin's Radiator & Auto Supplies

I had the pleasure of interacting with Austins Radiators over the telephone on two occasions. Each time, the representative was courteous and kind. They even went as far as to give further explanation to me about the parts I required AND told me where i could get the items they were out of stock of or were not part of their inventory. As a woman I find that the car industry and parts can be daunting and the representatives either downright rude or condescending. My only regret is that I could not give Austins Radiators the sales due to their being out of stock but I will definitely give them my business in the future.
