We are in Barbados with three small children and had bought a used stroller specifically for the trip, with an extra seat for the middle child and roller board for the oldest to stand on. First day here one of the welds broke. I sent an email to [email protected], and Andy got right back to me. He picked up the stroller at the hotel, repaired it that day, and brought it back to the hotel. They managed to fix the weld while leaving the plastic parts intact, and checked the other joints. I couldn't be happier with the service.
