Jose y Jose is the largest waste collector solution provider in the Caribbean, serving thousands of customers. As part of our strategy, we are committed to developing new wast
e solutions that can help communities and organisation achieve their green goals.
With the largest network of garbage receptacle our entire business can adapt to meet the needs of every distinct customer group. Over the years we worked with several different government agency and non government to achieve such goals.
In the near future Jose Y Jose would also like to become a renewable energy provider, producing more than twice the amount of renewable electricity than the entire Caribbean. One of the ways we can achieve this is by recovering the naturally occurring gas inside landfills to generate electricity, called landfill-gas-to-energy.
As one of the Caribbean’s largest waste, we expect to manage more than 20 million tons every year by 2020. Part of that will come from expanding on proven t echnology to make disposal and collection easier for consumers. Another part will be investing in future technologies, like converting organic waste from the materials stream to make high-end compost for local growers. Read more......Read less
