You are such a good doctor who took good care of me when i was in Barbados and Sparman tried to mess me up. I am now faced with a similar thing, and I don't think I have anything wrong with me as I really don't have a symptom that I recognise as needing help, and I guess I am writing this to first to let you know how much i appreciated your help just in case i did not say it before, and to hold on to the fact that there is still an honest doctor out there, because right now I am in sparman land so to speak, not knowing if its true or false.
