I usually visit this copy shop to have my school assignments printed, and each time the customer service is excellent.
This one time I visited to have some brochures printed for a group assigenment and I was having major difficulties because it was last minute and many adjustmwnts had to be made. One of their tech guys was very patient with me, while helping to fix my document and when it was time for progress updates, they were all timely...The staff went beyond the call of duty to assist and it was greatly appreciated - We got an A in the assignment!
