RM Jones was founded in the 1920's. In the year 2000 the Armstrong Group acquired the food and consumer business of RM Jones and relaunched as a wholly-owned subsidiary, RMJ Agencies Inc.
The company was relaunched in May 2015 as a joint venture between the Armstrong Group and the new senior executive team. RMJ Agencies (2015) Inc., operates independently out of its newly renovated and centrally located warehouse facility in Lower Estate, St. Michael.
