Hello,
On a recent trip to Barbados I witnessed a man with a baby green monkey. He was collecting money for a picture with the monkey. Is the RSPCA doing anything to prevent this? The poor animal was frightened and scraggly looking. Why does Barbados allow exotics as pets? This animal will die if left in the woods when she gets too big.
