Dr Paul T. Adams is the founder and director of the Optimum Orthopaedics Institute.
The Optimum Orthopaedics Institute is dedicated to helping you 'return to peak performance'. Some of the areas we specialise in include trauma care, joint issues and paediatric care.
Dr Adams has been a fully licensed physician since 2001. He has worked as a registrar in orthopaedics, urology and then general surgery for three years. In that time, he gained valuable experience and enhanced his basic surgical skills. He then entered an orthopaedic surgery residency, which required two years rotating through general surgery and the surgical specialities. This was followed by four years of orthopaedic training.
He is a graduate of the University of the West Indies and completed his orthopaedic residency at the Mona campus in Jamaica. Dr Adams then did a year of fellowship training in knee and hip arthroplasty.
