Rose's Grill and Bar restaurant are centrally located at the heart of Caye Caulker, Belize. Rose's restaurant was first established in April 2001 as a local fast food business
offering breakfast, specialised in 'journey cakes' and 'fried jacks'.
Its original name was Rose's Cafe and three years later changed to present day Rose's Grill and Bar featuring freshly caught seafood dishes prepared to order in a very simple but unique style, based on a secret spice recipe. The restaurant is owned and operated by Eduardo Arceo.
Chef Eduardo incorporates seasonal, local, organic and sustainable herbs and spices to create a varied menu.
Roses Grill and Bar has an emphasis on fresh, perfect grilling and a high quality for casual outdoor dining in the tropical breeze with a sand floor.
