The company is a wholly owned subsidiary of G.A. Roe and Sons Ltd, whose diverse commercial interests in Belize make up the Roe Group of Companies. Annual Premium Income for RF&G Insurance is some 40 Million Belize dollars and represents a market share of over 50%.
