Training Dynamics & Consultants Limited (TD&C) is a 35-year-old private service firm offering a full spectrum of psychological, and other HR services to organisations and individuals. Research and development is a major part of our work. To this end, TD&C has successfully conducted joint cross-cultural studies with the Faculty of Occupational and Health Psychology of the University of Nottingham, England, examining the psychometric properties of tests used in the Caribbean, and personality differences between Jamaican professionals and their British counterparts.
