Johnson Shaw Design Management Services (JSDMS) is a Kingston, Jamaica-based construction, renovation/alteration and interior design firm that uses an integrated design approach to create enduring environments for the 21st century.
Having a bright and collaborative environment is vital at JSDMS. Our design approach is inclusive and collaborative. With only one office on Spanish Town Road, we create a single hub of activity. Here in this space, excellent design is nurtured, and opposing viewpoints are welcomed to promote innovative design. We have a diverse team with different professional backgrounds who can offer alternative strategies for problem-solving. This collaborative approach applies not only to our client relationships but also to our internal creative and project management process, and our working relationships with consultants and specialists.
The company is a sole proprietorship with Managing Partner, Johnathan Johnson as the lead. Our team consists of consulting partners, Principal Interior Designer, Nadia N. Davis, Civil and Structural Engineer, Demmo Darling, Licensed Electrician, Clanson Henry and Oneil Mcnish, leading draughting expert, along with numerous specialised sub-contracting personnel.
