In that regard, he has represented FERSAN, the largest fertilizer producer in the Dominican Republic, and the Ministry of Commerce and Fair Trade, by the Peoples' Republic of China.

Mr. Gordon was a Director of the Jamaica Cricket Board from 1999 to 2008, and was then the Board's primary Legal Advisor. Mr. Gordon has also had extensive experience in the field of Sport law and related contract negotiations. He has served as Chairman of the Contracts Committee of the Jamaica Cricket Association, as was responsible for the negotiations that ushered into the presence of the Mound, as well as KFC and other concessions into Sabina Park. He was also the marketing liaison to the West Indies Cricket Board for 4 years in Jamaica.

He has represented cricketers, footballers and companies in various negotiations and capacities. He is currently a Director of Kinetic Sport Management.

In the field of Entertainment law, Mr. Gordon has acted for a number of artists and companies, including Sonic Sounds, Harry Toddler, Beenie Man, True Blue, Kimani Robinson/RETV, BET, Mrs. Rita Marley and Chris Blackwell.
