EQUIPMENT REPAIR & SERVICING: While we service all major brands, we are also an authorized repair & service centre for brands such as Echo, Honda, Briggs & Stratton, Shindaiwa and Poulan. Our turnaround time is second to none with our average repair time being 2hrs to 2 days once the parts are available.
PICKUP & DROP-OFF/DELIVERY: Can’t come to us? No problem! We do on and offsite repairs and also pickup and dropoff of tools and equipment.
RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY: We have a flexible exchange and return policy whereby warranty is extended for 3 to 24 months depending on the tool or equipment. We also have a 7 days return policy on new products (* conditions apply)

Went to the Slipe Road location on Tuesday, March 30, 2021, staff was very pleasant and I got through quickly.
If I wanted to rent a tool or equipment from you I am required to provide 2 IDS, which is a bit of inconvenience for any one person who only travels with one ID.. My suggestion is that this information is placed on all your platforms so a person knows this information and not waste time heading to your store and is unable to rent a tool.
