I visited your Constant Spring location yesterday with the hopes of getting new lenses and frames. This is due to the poor service I have been receiving from my current glasses provider Optical Solutions. I must say that your rep Sasha was most helpful in giving me options. She was quiet but very professional. Though I was unable to leave with a selection (due to my money being tied up with OS) I felt the need to right this commendation due to the marked difference with the service I received from you, my current glasses provider and the other optical stores that I visited. None were as courteous. I hope this commendation reaches management.

I have visited several Courts Optical Stores across the but never shopped, but what I do know!I have shopped with Courts for many years, and over the years I have seen the vest improvement in (i) the Customer Service , (ii) Displays and Store Layouts , (iii) Product Quality. So now that I am in the market for a new pair of sunglasses I%u2019m looking forward to that experience
