Neville has worked in Agriculture, Distribution, Wholesale and Retail and the Service Industries.

Neville is particularly keen on Management Accounting especially in the preparation of Business Plan Budgets and Cash Flow Projections. Apart from his regular accounting work Neville was a part time lecturer at the University of the West Indies in Financial and Management Accounting for students doing the Diploma in Management Studies.
