Kangaroo Care is a preschool and aftercare centre that endeavours to shape young minds using sophisticated techniques and technologies that support the Jamaican curriculum.
We provide nursery and daycare services for children from three months to four years of age. Our pre-school aftercare is available to children up to 12 years of age. We also offer a homework centre.
Our innovative approach to teaching allows children to learn and explore while having fun in a nurturing, relaxing environment. We are regulated by the Early Childhood Commission, and we have trained nurses and teachers on staff. Reading, Spanish and sign language are all part of our learning schedule, along with withextra-curricular activities including swimming, football, ballet and reading clubs.
We boast a highly successful, innovative online system to engage parents and caregivers in the development of each and every child. This system gives parents a breakdown of everything their child does at the centre as well as a comprehensive breakdown of the child's learning patterns, strengths and any areas of improvement that can be addressed.
