Huntley Martin practiced law in Jamaica from 1972 to 1976. He relocated to Canada was admitted to practice law in the Province of Alberta, Canada in 1986. After ten years of practising law in Canada, he returned to Jamaica in 1996 where he now practices in Pompano, Tower Isle, and St Mary. He is a former President of the St Mary Chamber of Commerce and a former President of the St Mary Lay Magistrates Association.
Clients include both local and overseas Jamaicans who desire to buy or sell property and to resolve family property and affairs in Jamaica.
Normally an appointment is made for office attendances and a consultation fee in charge of the first attendance. Appointments are made Monday through Friday, except for Wednesdays.
Low fees are charged on a time basis or a fixed fee depending on the type of matter. Estimates are given as soon as it is known the scope of work to be undertaken.
