My husband was coming from the USA to Montego Bay. His destination in Jamaica was Mandeville. Because of the snow in the USA his flight was delayed by about 5 hours, however when they reached montego bay the driver was still at the airport waiting for him. That is excellent service. I told all my friends and relatives about your service and this is now the way to travel to the airports. thanks again for your service.
I utilize the shuttle Express while on a flight from Orlando to Montego Bay. I advised Shuttle Express of my flight details and my destination in Jamaica, which was Spanish Town. My flight was however over a hour late and to my surprise the gentleman who was sent to collect me was still at the airport waiting for me. He was very understanding and cordial. The cost of the service was also very reasonable compare to others. The other aspect of the service that I enjoyed was the fact that I was taken to my gate in Spanish Town unlike other bus services that I have used in the past. Keep up the good work Shuttle Express!
