He holds a Bachelor of Medicine & Surgery from UWI Mona, FRCOG(UK), FACOG. In addition, Dr Wynter holds a Diploma in Gynae and Obstetrics from UWI Mona as well as a Diploma in Venerology from Liverpool University and a Doctor of Medicine from UWI Mona.
