We are the premier bakery serving St Lucia for over 45 years. We retail from our Castries -based shop locations ( Mongiraud Street, Darling Road, Chisel Street, Chaussee Road), from our bakery base in Marchand, from our upscale café in Rodney Bay, and from a range of local retailers and service providers. Our café offers an extended range of sweet and savoury items, ice cream, sandwiches, hot and cold drinks.
We provide the highest quality bread, cakes, pastries, and savoury varieties. Our bread varieties include white, whole wheat and multigrain ranging from sandwich pans, rolls, long bread, plain hot dog and burger buns and made to order dinner rolls, sliders and seeded buns. We make traditional cakes like coconut turnovers, rock cake and pewyea as well as the delectable varieties such as danish, current slice and jam pastries.
