In 1983, Managing Director Berry Ferdinand started Bewil and Company Limited with a dedicated staff of four, some of whom are still with us today.
At the time, our focus was primarily to repair, maintain and refurbish office furniture and equipment. We placed a strong emphasis on providing quality, personalised service.
Today, we have expanded our workforce to over 32 employees. Our operations have also changed, as we now boast an impressive showroom in Port of Spain and a fleet of delivery vehicles to meet the needs of our ever-growing clientele.
At Bewil, we offer a wide range of products that serves every possible workplace demand. Our products include furniture systems, desking systems, seating, storage, filing, bulk and portable storage, sound masking, and freestanding case goods.
Additionally, we provide design, space planning, project management, demolition and construction, modification and finally, repair and maintenance. We partner with leading international furniture manufacturers, Global Furniture Group and Teknion, whose furniture products have won numerous awards at industry trade shows such as NeoCon in Chicago and IIDEX/NeoCon in Toronto Canada.
Moreover, we collaborate with local architects, designers, and contractors to provide a complete professional service to our clientele.
