Lucayan Surveying Company carries out all types of surveying: topographical and marine as well as
cadastral. We cover the entire Bahamas and have done work on every major island in the
archipelago. We are also licensed real estate brokers in The Bahamas and can, therefore, assist
clients who wish to divide up large properties into lots.
The Lucayan Surveying Company has worked
on projects both large and small, from the BahaMar mega-resort in Nassau to small isolated cays
miles away from civilisation. We have always been owned and operated by native Abaconians who
have a great familiarity with the land. Because of our familiarity with the challenges of undertaking
projects in The Bahamas, we can often advise ways to work, which will save clients valuable time and
money. We are also familiar with the challenges of getting permits and can sometimes assist in this
as well.
