Sea to Sea Marathon
The Sea to Sea Marathon is a premier international race that takes place Saturday 20th and Sunday 21st May on the beautiful island of Tobago.
This IAAF certified race begins in Tobago’s main ridge forest reserve overlooking Bloody Bay on the Caribbean Sea coast. The course winds its way through the oldest legally protected rainforest on earth, through classic villages along the Atlantic Sea coastline and ends on the peaceful shores of Lambeau Beach in Little Rockly Bay.
Participants can choose to run the full marathon, half marathon, 10 k or 5 k.
Race start locations are:
- 5 k run – Scarborough, Tobago.
- 10 k run – Bacolet, Tobago.
- Half marathon – Goodwood, Tobago.
- Marathon – Main Ridge Forest Reserve, Tobago.
While registration has passed, spectators may come out to watch the athletes make their way across the finish line.
During the race, there will be: mile and kilometre markers, hydration stations, a medical station, and portable toilets. Runners will receive medals, T-shirts, transportation to start locations, race briefing, good bags and results once everyone has crossed the finished line.
