A legendary landmark of Aruba for the past 38 years of operation, owned and run by the Munzenhofer family, who built the restaurant in 1980.The vision of the late Josef Munzenhofer Sr., a German chef who wanted his business to reflect the heartfelt love he had for his adopted home island of Aruba. This labor of love was built by father and son, and together they created the unique underwater grotto ambiance with the gorgeous indoor 18,000-gallon wall to wall aquarium that this spot has become famous for.
