The Barbados Community College (BCC) provides opportunities for you to start your journey towards a rewarding career.
You can become a chef or an administrative assistant, a dancer or a civil engineer, a procurement officer, or a linguist, or you can simply pursue a degree in science, the arts, finance, hospitality, or businesses. The college offers a wide range of full-time and part-time associate degrees.
We also cater to persons interested in pursuing short certificate courses in areas such as Health and Safety, accounts, real estate, fashion,
Information Technology, nursing assistant, and pre-health sciences.
There are several scholarship opportunities available across the various divisions in the areas of arts, health, hospitality, language, technology, culinary arts, and business. Students are also eligible for Barbados Scholarships, Exhibitions and Awards for outstanding achievement.
Semester abroad programmes include the Emerging Leaders of the Americas Programme and Canada-CARICOM scholarships and the Academic Exchange Programme at the Walt Disney World Resort.
Students can also expand their academic tenure through internships with selected businesses, and become a well-rounded student by participating in sports, or simply join a club.
