Fosters Bakery is a family owned and operated bakery, specialising in freshly baked cakes for any occasion, pastries, cupcakes, doughnuts, and desserts.
Founded in 1950, we are now in our third generation, with the fourth one already in training. Our emphasis has always been on producing a consistently highquality product, free of any additives or preservatives, at a reasonable price.
Fosters Bakery offers a range of breakfast pastries including croissants, strudels, muffins and cinnamon rolls. We also supply individual serving tarts in a variety of flavours for more formal occasions.
We aim to become one of the Eastern Caribbean's leading bakeries, producing quality cakes and desserts to a consistently high standard.
Our products are sold at some of the largest supermarkets around Barbados and our bakery in Rockley New Road.
