Dr Dale Springer is the Medical Director of Innovative Surgery Centre Inc. (ISC).
Our aim at ISC is to advance and provide high quality, evidence-based patient-centered care to surgical patients, especially those with breast conditions in Barbados and the wider Caribbean.
Our centre is managed by Dr Springer who is a dedicated general and breast surgeon.
Dr Springer completed his undergraduate medical training at the University of the West Indies (Mona Campus) in 2003. He subsequently went on to pursue subspeciality training at the Queen Elizabeth Hospital in General Surgery and completed the Doctor of Medicine (DM) in General Surgery in 2014.
Dr Springer has also completed a one-year clinical fellowship in Breast and Endocrine Surgery at the First Affiliated Hospital of Chongqing Medical University, Chongqing, China.
