McEnearney Quality Inc. (MQI) is primarily a full service multi-franchise automotive dealership here in Barbados, representing major automotive brands including BMW, Ford, Kia, Mazda, Mini, Daihatsu and Volkswagen. MQI also represents leading manufacturers of machines and equipment in the agricultural sector, including well known brand names such as Kubota and New Holland tractors and equipment.
Our Vision is to maximize market opportunity through the delivery of reliable, courteous and efficient customer service, thereby delivering to the shareholder optimum value and profits.
Our Mission is to react quickly to changes that influence the market (external and internal) by ensuring that in our mature and highly competitive industry, we can maximize the opportunities while maintaining our expense to sales ratio.
The company is a wholly owned subsidiary of the ANSA McAL (Barbados) Ltd. which is part of the Trinidad based ANSA McAL Group of companies which has one of the largest regional footprints spreading throughout most of the Caribbean. The company employs approximately 150 staff and has a long and proud history here in Barbados for the past 92 years..
