• Property Consultancy Services Inc. (PCS) is a real estate and financial services consultancy firm based in Barbados and serving the Caribbean region for over fifteen years. We are a subsidiary of the Altman Real Estate Group, leaders in the Barbados real estate industry for over forty years. PCS is headed by Managing Director, Terry Hanton, a Chartered Accountant and Valuation Surveyor and is supported by a multidisciplinary team of Chartered Accountants, Chartered Surveyors, and Real Estate Consultants.
• Our portfolio provides an extensive range of invaluable services to investors and developers, allowing us to offer a ‘developer kit’ which creates a one stop shop. Our key service areas include: valuations, advisory services, accounting & financial services, project management and hotel advisory services.
• Our research team provides the knowledge base to inform on feasibility and market studies to aid our clients in gathering greater insights on their optimal target market, and forecasts of demand and supply for their desired project.

• PCS has Caribbean region experience through a network of contacts and from 15 years’ experience of assignments in many of the Caribbean islands, including:-
• St. Lucia, St. Vincent, St. Kitts, Montserrat, Antigua, Grenada, Jamaica and Trinidad & Tobago.
• PCS is one of the largest valuation practices in the region. We have specialist knowledge in development appraisal and considerable experience in valuing hotels having completed over 40 in the Caribbean. We are also the only entity in the southern Caribbean providing a full suite of project funding services and debt/equity procurement.
