I recently purchased some plastic tumblers from Simplex but when I got home realised they were the wrong size. I called Simplex and spoke to Sonia who was extremely efficient. She found a suitable alternative and gave me the prices but also explained that I could return the unopened items. I told Sonia I would keep the ones I bought as I could find another use and she informed me that the lids would be fit the new containers. Loved the speedy response especially as I was calling from my mobile.
On October 1st we visited the Business to make a purchase. It was the most efficient service seen in years. We were in and out of that place in record time and the staff were very pleasant.
