The Belize Marketing & Development Corp (BMDC) is a statutory body under the Ministry of Agriculture, Food Security, and Enterprise.
Our mandate is to assist in the economic development of Belize by ensuring food security, enhancing product development, and providing marketing services for small agro-businesses. We also operate on an environmentally friendly, sustainable, and viable basis.
We take pride in serving our Belizean farmers, producers, and agro-processors of Belize.
Our extensive range of products includes alcoholic beverages, aquaculture, beauty care products, chocolate, cooking oils, crats, honey, jams, jellies, peppers, local sweets, and seasonings.
We also provide services including local marketing and distribution, wholesale and retail, market orientation, food security, local advertising, and market linkage. Product packaging and labelling, and marketing plan development/branding are also among the services we offer.
