The Bernice Yorke Institute of Learning (BYI) was established in 1966 by prominent educator Bernice Edna Yorke. We are a small community-oriented school, aiming to nourish the love of learning in our students.
BYI offers a variety of subjects from preschool through Standard 6 (8th grade). Our highly qualified teachers and skilled professionals work together to provide the very best education possible each day. We have subject teachers in the elementary grades and one teacher per class at the Early Childhood Level.
Our goal is to provide academic excellence that prepares our students to achieve their best. We take pride in the work we do and are enthusiastic about our school and the programmes we offer.
