Had great service in the past, however this time was a disaster for numerous reasons. My deliveries were not made when expected, and I had no update, call nor message to inform me that they were not delivered. It is very difficult for me since I live outside of Belize, I cannot go there myself, I can only rely on their messages and have trust in the business I order from. Only after numerous messages and failed calls, did they tell me that they couldn’t finish it on time and would deliver it in the night. They also never made this night delivery and again did not update me. Secondly, the next day when they made the delivery, they forgot to bring one of the bouquet, and also did not add the note and balloon to the bouquet delivered. Also, the basket ordered did not have in the agreed upon items. Lastly, they never delivered my last arrangement, I had to make my father go to pick it up. Only after, did I realize that they gave my father an entirely different arrangement from what I ordered and payed for, without even telling me. This experience was very frustrating to me. I hope that this was only a one time occasion, because I do love their items, and planned on using their service many more times for the years to come while I’m away. However, I have yet to receive an explanation or apology which was not followed by another disappointment.
