"Producing quality designs and setting high standards in construction services" Immediately after successfully passing his professional exam in 1990, Architect F. Javier Gutierrez returned home to Belize to practice in the civil service. In 1999 he formedGutierrez & Associates Architects which to this date has completed countless projects all over the country of Belize and a few in other countries abroad. These projects stand as proof of his total commitment to designing cost-effective, safe, beautiful and functional buildings.
Presently with its staff of primarily four members, the company is now designing "Smart Facilities". Even though the team consists of just four staff members, these individuals are properly skilled, qualified and possess great experience in the architectural field. Over time Gutierrez & Associates Architect has developed a great reputation whereby our clients trust us to design buildings and public spaces that shape communities, cities and even their lives. Our architecture and design teams have expertise in planning office space, Hotels, Hospitals, and Plazas, to name a few, that will sustain people, connect communities and protect the natural environment.
