Marie Sharp has been making pepper sauces since 1981. She created recipes for sauces, jams, and jellies while experimenting with fresh Habanero peppers, vegetables, and fruits from her farm.
The overwhelmingly positive feedback from neighbours and friends encouraged her to focus on creating a business. Initially, the company was a small family business with production in a small kitchen and help from relatives and an employee.
Over the years, it has grown to over 20 employees in its factory, manufacturing for the local and international markets.
Marie's products are distributed worldwide and known for farm-to-bottle freshness with a focus on flavour. The company takes great pride in producing products with the highest quality, living up to its slogan, "Proud Products of Belize."
