R.L.C Construction was founded in 2019 in the Cayo District of Belize by Ron Liam Cunningham an engineer, with over 15 years' experience in the construction industry.
Mr. Cunningham got the idea to start his own construction company after working at Cunningham and Associates owned by his late father Mr. Barny Cunningham from a young age. Besides loving the work he does, making a significant impact and seeing the fruits of his labor are three of the main reasons he chose to venture into the field of construction.

Over the past years R.L.C Constructions has completed numerous projects throughout the country of Belize. Residential projects, (structures built for rehabilitation). Commercial projects (Business facilities) Institutional projects (intended for public use) and heavy civil projects (infrastructure and public works). With a large fleet of equipment owned and maintained by R.L.C Construction, we are ready and able to self-perform all our contractual obligations.
