Mrs. Robertha Magnus Usher, S.C. is a well-known Attorney practicing in Belize who has worked as a Crown Counsel with the Government of Belize (1993-1995) as well as a private Practitioner since 1995. She started her own firm in 2002 and has also served at various points as Vice President, Executive Officer and Secretary of the Bar Association of Belize, as well as Secretary of the Belize Offshore Practitioners Association.
She obtained her Legal Education Certificate at The Norman Manley Law School in 1991 and her Bachelors in Law at the University of the West Indies in 1989(Honors). Mrs. Usher also holds a Masters in Corporate Law (Merit) with Specialization in Company and Trademarks, from the University of London and was elevated to the rank of Senior Council, in 2017.
