Tanager Rainforest Lodge was established by a British-American couple in 2001 and is one of
Southern Belize's first eco-lodges. Our unique location in Belize is in a rainforest, minutes away from
birding, river, and hiking adventures. We are 10 minutes from Mayan ruin sites, 30 minutes from
waterfalls, 20-30 minutes away from caves, and 30 minutes from the sea. We are also 45 minutes
from the Cockscomb National Forest and Scarlet Macaw feeding sites.
