It's Time to Enjoy a Caribbean Event with a Difference! BVI Wreck Week 2024

There are always lots of fun things to do in the Caribbean. Throughout the year, numerous Caribbean musical festivals, carnivals, culinary events, and sports matches occur on the various islands, providing visitors with much excitement. Many tourists return to the region every year to participate in those events. However, it’s always good to try something new. In the British Virgin Islands, we offer a novel experience: the BVI Wreck Week. It’s our one-of-a-kind annual event.

This month, 16 – 22 June 2024, divers will engage in a weeklong exploration of the BVI’s maritime, visiting several wrecks. Experienced, PADI and SSI-certified operators will take divers on an unforgettable underwater journey. Participants will explore the Willy T, Sharkplaneo, RMS Rhone, Kodiak Queen, Wreck Alley, and Chikuzen wrecks.

In addition to diving the wrecks, the event will feature a series of beach clean-ups and parties, special presentations and other activities. It’s a truly cultural affair! • Bitter End Yacht Club – After Dinner Movie Night from 5pm.

Thursday 20 June 2024

• Cooper Island Quiz at 8pm.

Friday 21 June 2024

• Anegada Day courtesy of Beyond the Reef at 8am.

Saturday 22 June 2024

• Farewell Party at Nanny Cay from 3:30pm.
