Agua is a seafood restaurant rooted in Italian tradition and inspired by Peruvian cuisine.
Agua was borne in 2009 when owners, Cristiano Vincentini and Walter Fajette realised their dream of bringing traditional Italian fare together with the freshest catch. Both owners love Peruvian cuisine and from this passion they created a very unique menu that is fresh catch focused, but pays homage to Italy and the art of Peruvian seafood innovations with dishes like ceviches and crudos.
