Fitness Connection Ltd is a small, friendly and intimate fitness / aquatic facility that is located in the heart of South Sound, Grand Cayman. As a family fitness and aquatic centre, we pride ourselves on the high quality service we offer not only to adults, but also to children. We have over 25 years’ experience in educating and working with children and this is reflected in the programs we provide.
