While on vacation in Grand Cayman, my five year old son developed a serious eye infection. The Cayman Islands Hospital Emergency Room referred us to Dr. Foley and he was able to see us immediately. We followed up with Dr. Foley two more times while on the island, so Dr. Foley could make sure the infection was improving with medication. With each visit, he performed a thorough examination. If not for Dr. Foley, my son's condition would have worsened, requiring admission to the hospital for intravenous medication. We are so grateful to Dr. Foley! He is a fantastic doctor and a very kind person. He is wonderful with children as well!

While visiting Grand Cayman for vacation, I had a major situation with floaters occur. I have keratoconus and have INTACS. So naturally, I was very worried about a detached retina. I called Dr. Foley's emergency number on a Sunday morning and he asked to meet me in 30 minutes. Dr. Foley was extremely thorough in his examination, his explanations and in every detail. I was fortunate in that I only have floaters and required no treatment. However, Dr. Foley told me to call at any time during the rest of my stay if I have any changes and he will see me immediately. I was most pleased and impressed with this fine doctor.
