We offer physical therapy for all population types and ages: neurological, musculoskeletal, sports or the woman's health or those who simply what you maintain their health and fitness level. At our medical orientated gym we offer weight management and fitness training for clients with obesity, high blood pressure, diabetes, high cholesterol, cardiac patients, incontinence, pregnant mothers and as well as those with musculoskeletal /orthopaedic problems such a back, knee, neck shoulder and foot, etc. We offer group or individual Pilates classes as well as classes or individual rehabilitation for post-partum moms, especially those suffering from weak pelvic floors, post-caesarean, or post-epidural pain sites.
Beside ultrasound, electrical stimulation and the normal run of the mill physical therapy equipment we have the most up-to-date state of the art equipment, including Shockwave therapy, for chronic tendonitis, Laser therapy for chronic pain, Acupuncture, EMG Clinical System with Synergy 3-Dimensional software to allow you to visual (Biofeedback) your own progress as you work to strengthen weak muscles, and a heated pool on site for cases that do are easier to rehabilitate non-weight bearing.
RVC has added a fully stocked pro-shop of Symmetry Vitamins, Re-education devices for Pelvic floor strengthening, most things that Moms-to-be need to make themselves more comfortable in pregnancy, such as Babyhuggers, most orthopedic devices such as braces, splints, crutches, traction devices, TENS units, thermophores, etc. that you may need. Besides, we are the Local Representative for Biofreeze, the number one pain relief gel as well as the local Rep for Theraband (balls, exercise bands etc.).
