The Dominica Water and Sewerage Company Limited (DOWASCO) is a registered company wholly owned by the Government of the Commonwealth of Dominica.
DOWASCO has the mandate to provide potable drinking water and sewerage services to communities in Dominica. Should you have an inquiry or complaint, you can visit our offices on High Street, Roseau, or Chance, Portsmouth.

Please call (767) 255-2900 to report a fault during normal working hours. For emergencies after normal working hours, including weekends, please call (767) 255-2999 and leave a brief message with details of the nature and location of the fault and your name and contact details.
There are several locations island wide where you can pay your water bill. Bill payments can also be made via one of these banking online services - Mo Banking, First Caribbean International (FCIB) online or Republic Bank online.
