Lunch:- Buffet Lunch is served from Mondays to Fridays, 12 noon till 2:30pm. The Chef 's Specials change daily, to include locally grown foods and vegetables of organic origin, resulting in the perfect traditional local lunch. Dinner: Offering Al Fresco dining from 7:00pm till 10:00pm, the Waterfront Restaurant includes the dinning option of sitting on the verandah overlooking the beautiful Caribbean Sea or the air-conditioned comfort of the inside . This fine dining option is available from Tuesday to Thursday. An International Buffet with a Creole twist is offered every Monday in the Bala's Bar and Courtyard.
