(Formerly G.L. Letang and Associates) has been in operation for over 15 years
and was founded by Senior Partner, Geoffrey Letang. Our main office is located in Roseau, Dominica and we maintain a satellite office in Charlestown, Nevis. The Firm currently comprises two (2) partners and an associate working full time in the office in Dominica
and our consultant attorney based in the Federation of St. Kitts and Nevis who leads our Nevis office. Attorneys at ZLP Inc. have decades of high-level experience representing clients in and out of Dominica, to include the islands of Anguilla, St. Kitts and Nevis and Tortola, in various legal service areas. Each partner and the consultant attorney has well over 10 years of successful legal practice.
Geoffrey Letang, the Senior Partner, has successfully managed ZLP Inc. for the last decade. He possesses vast legal experience in Administrative and Public Law having served as State Counsel in the various government legal departments in Dominica for several years. He also specializes in civil, criminal and offshore law and legislation and represents offshore companies in Dominica. Indira St. Jean, Junior Partner is experienced in various forms of alternative dispute resolution and in Business and Corporate Law. Ms. St. Jean is well exposed to the international legal scene having served clients from across the globe during her four year stint at a leading international law firm in Nevis where she was counsel with primary conduct of legal matters for several construction companies and trust companies. Shemica Maloney, our consultant attorney, served as Senior State Attorney in the Nevis Island Administration ("NIA" ) for 10 years and as Legal Draftsperson and Clerk of the House of Assembly for the last 5 years. She now runs her own private practice specializing in Legal Drafting, Real Estate and Property Development and heads our Nevis office. As a group, the attorneys have a solid working experience of over 35 years in the legal industry.
