Anselm Bertrand Clouden is a Managing Partner of Grenlaw Chambers, a lawyer in private practice. Mr. Clouden is currently an Ambassador and Special Envoy of the Government of Grenada to the International Maritime Organization (IMO) which is based in London, England and Grenada.
