Fish harvested from our clean, crystal clear waters, especially our Yellow Fin Tuna, are highly sought after in U.S. markets, making their way to the finest white tablecloth and sushi restaurants in the U.S. Historically, this product has been marketed exclusively by respected seafood companies in New York's "Fulton Seafood Market", Boston's famous "Boston Fish Pier", and Miami. The commitment to deliver the freshest fish possible through utilizing the best technologies in product handling, packaging and transportation has always been central to our company philosophy. Contractual agreements with FedEx now allows us to process fish from our boats today and have it at your door by 11:00 AM the following morning!
